Pulse Systems

SCOPE

The Pulse Cavity Closure System has been designed to replace the conventional method of using timber templates when forming window apertures, it closes the cavity wall forming an insulated receiver for pre-fabricating PVC-U windows.

The Pulse Cavity Closures are designed primarily for new build. They can be used in most types of structural applications where a conventional cavity wall is incorporated.

Pulse 50 – to suit 50mm wide cavities

Pulse 70 – to suit 75mm wide cavities

Pulse 100 – to suit 100mm wide cavities

Description

Pulse Cavity Closures are manufactured from multi-chambered PVC-U extruded hollow profiles with an external wall thickness of 2.0 or 2.5mm and internal wall thickness of 1.0mm. The profiles are either mitre-cut and pressure heat welded or mechanically joined, to form frames of varying sizes depending upon site requirements.

Composition

The profiles are manufactured from a mixture of virgin and recycled PVC-U compound.
